    Love the items but the necklace was broken

    I emailed about the necklace being Broken, I took it from the pack and the little clasp fell onto the floor. I tried to reattach it but it’s too small to clip onto the other link as the bigger one was snapped.

    I sent an email but haven’t heard back yet. 😭

    However the bracket was nice, so were the rings.
