    Online makes it seem like easy to return items if they havent been worn and still in original packaging. NOT TRUE. I drove to a store near me to return couple items that I didnt want, didnt open and were still in packaging. Store informed me no items were returnable because its jewelry. Super frustrated as i would not have purchased some of the items if i knew this.
