1. All eligible entrants must be residents of the United States of America (USA) aged 18 years and over.

2. Eligible entrants must answer the question “what you want to see from us online?” submitted as part of the official competition entry form.

3. Eligible entrants must supply a valid email address and full name as part of their competition entry.

 4. This competition starts Thursday 27th February 2020 at 8pm EST.

5. This competition ends Wednesday 25th March 2020 at 8pm DST.

6. Between midday AEDT on 30th March 2020 and midday AEDT on 7th April 2020, a winner will be selected based on skill and merit by a judging panel from entries submitted via the official competition form.

7. Judge’s decision is final.

8. Winners will be announced on Instagram and Facebook at @lovisajewellery on Monday 13 April 2020 at 8pm EST.

9. Winners will also be notified via Email through the email address supplied as part of the competition entry.

10. Winners will be required to provide a valid shipping address and contact phone number for the prize to be sent to them via post.

11. Prize for the Winner includes: 
a) 52 items of Lovisa jewelry and/or accessories as selected by Lovisa.
b) Total value of the prize is RRP $1000 USD.
c) Prize will be supplied in its entirety in a single delivery by mail to the winner's nominated address in the United States of America.
12. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Lovisa.

13. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required. Making a Lovisa purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

14. Your odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received and your skill.

15. This contest is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

23. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Lovisa, in its sole discretion.

Lovisa and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).

25. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Lovisa to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

26. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of Lovisa and associated companies of Lovisa are ineligible to enter.

27. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are void.
